INNER CHILD THERAPY
Yhandi is a gentle loving approach to
healing the Inner Child. People may ask
what is the Inner Child? The Inner child is
in all of us, we all were children once and
this child remains within.
As a child, you may have experienced
trauma and emotional pain and may not
have had a pleasant childhood. Some of these
experiences as a child may have been,
divorce of parents, death of a parent or
family member, alcoholic parents, abuse etc.
As the child matures to an adult, he or she
will carry the pain and trauma that they
have lived through. The Inner child who is
still holding onto this pain and trauma needs to
